Imagine this
For every step you forge
A map of footprints forms
Tells you lots
Of where’s why’s and how’s of your existence
All grand peaks of your presence
Of all places treaded and rested marks of you from map to map
And these lines that cross
Those here that intersect
Are footfalls of all you’ve ever met
Imagine each interconnection
Multitudes of personal complex choreographies
In every possible different direction
You are the principal dancer
You are captain and navigator
So with your creativity
With all your love and sincerity
Make each step count
Crisscross your charts with loving intentions
Imagine this

My writing is typically written while I'm on a treadmill, so I call myself "the treadmill poet!"
Born in West Chester Pa in 1960 I have been inspired to begin writing again through my interactions with two people I care deeply about that are experiencing the torrents of mental illness.
