sat crouched in the bushes
with an electric razor
beside the walking path in the park

an extra set of batteries
in his pocket lest the originals
fail him

turning the electric razor on
every few minutes
to make sure it was still working

and when people came by
he would tackle them to the ground
and sit on top of them
removing as much hair as he could
before others were alerted
to the screams.
