Trigger Tree

Ween must be quiet, so quiet, listen, stay very still, listen, not attract attention, their attention. Ween must remain very quiet.

Beginning, beginning to happen, happen again, happening again, arising, me, Ween, the Ween is again rising, rising from the depths, quietness of the deep, my home, the desert.

This Ween, this, this thing, me, what can I be? what? this, this Ween, me, the Ween, alive, not life people know, Ween, once, long past, there were many, many Weens, happy Weens, people, people came, invaded with houses, and Weens died, no reason, just died, only one, me, the Ween, blessed, cursed, hallowed.

I arise, muttering, remembering, repeating, that noise of people, their noise, this noise, Trigger Tree, words I remember, their words, why? Why Ween has to go, must go, leave my home, to where I must go, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree.

Close, not far, near where I am now, right over there, a house, houses, houses with people, many people, people, cause of death, death to Weens, enemy, people, but people hold the cure, cure for death, death to Weens, I fear, fear is present, Ween knows, the hallowed Ween knows, Ween must approach, Trigger Tree, to receive the cure, the sweetness of life, cure, enough cure to last, to last another year, the cure. Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree Ween repeats, repeats faster, faster, Ween remembers, Ween regrets, if only Ween knew before, before all the Weens, peaceful Weens, quiet Weens, all Weens, died but me, died, leaving me alone, so all alone, to, to what? and why? Why must people, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree.

Now again, again the hallowed Ween makes the journey, to the house, to the houses, the many houses, house after house, as last year, year before, previous year, the year before that, the Ween, the Ween approaches, carefully approaches that first house, Trigger Tree, Ween hears, house is surrounded by running, running, loudness, noises, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree, people, large, small, all yelling Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree, dressed as ghosts, goblins, ghouls, monsters, vampires, Trigger Tree, some Ween sized, some appearing to be a Ween, not unlike a Ween.

Noises, loudness, Trigger Tree, screamed in many voices, Ween hears again, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree, loud, afraid. Determined, he, he must, must go to the house, but, but the first house is always worst, Ween moves, he mutters, Trigger Tree, people, loud, running, Ween says louder, Trigger Tree Ween moves among, amidst, amongst, with the people, closer, moving closer, closer to the house, noises, loudness, afraid, the house opens, louder, so loud, the voices, in unison they scream, ween screams, together, together they all scream, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree, Trigger Tree.

The Cure! The cure is issued, the cure for death, the sweetness of life, mine, Ween is saved, in my grasp, the cure, Ween has the cure, I am now the Happy Hallowed Ween, Trigger Tree.
