Without Anger
written by: Angel Edwards
Without anger could I have survived
Anger is sometimes a means of survival
With PTSD any slight irritation can evoke rage
The test is to be able to turn the anger off
or calm the rage down to a dull simmer of just slight annoyance
Life becomes so melodramatic and hardly ever in the positive spectrum of drama
experiencing trauma endlessly
repetitively relentlessly
experience
callous indifference
cavalier dismissive
Cold world
isolation
With PTSD one always feels threatened
by impending danger
ever on guard
treading tiptoe
terrified
solo
