It’s Technical

Scattered as phones and wires,
signals and towers.
In farms and fruits.
In children’s toys and food
Water and air,
In language and emotions,
And feelings of love
In illness and in whole,
In birth and in death,
On faces and in hair,
In busts and wombs,
in dimples and tummies,
In skin and smiles,
It’s everywhere
all around.
On the outside and inside,
In that little device
-the game of the child
Amused I was
Seeing her engrossed
“What is it?”, I asked
“you won’t understand.”, she said,
“It’s technology”
A nature lover and a sensitive person putting my pains and pleasures into words that matter to me and my loved ones. By profession I am a teacher, a mother and a homemaker.
