The pride of the shire's with its rolling hills
Of Fingest, Skirmett and Cobstone Mill
Of The Prime Minister's residence go have your fill
From the tribute atop Coombe Hill

Of Aylesbury Vale a monumental view
Lord Carrington The Lyde Garden he grew
From Lacey Green to Taplow
Famous places don't you know

From Flackwell's Heath see Little Marlow
From Bledlow's Ridge West Wycombe below
The Abbey's School, The Rye's Waterfall
A joy to behold for one and all

Of flying cars and fairy-tales
More than a match for The Yorkshire dales
Walk for mile upon mile upon mile
Talk, go on smile, go on smile, go on smile

I do the London 'Open mic' circuit having been writing for three years. I like to confront serious themes and try to explore reasons behind certain happenings.
