Decouple Me

Decouple me
from the verse
Didn’t realise
So many things
sometimes terse
Come out through
The verse
Thoughts unchained
Begin to bond
Without a thought
They flow
Just so many things
You want to say

Radha Khambati

A film maker by profession, writer by passion. My favourite triggers are my childhood experiences, some thoughts ingrained in me from then. Being a passionate traveller this seeps into my writing. Promoting regional cooking, I make short films to show my recipes, and have short write ups often accompanied by stories of yore. These are recipes handed down for generations and would most likely be extinct in a few decades if they are not stored with interesting tales. The lock down during Covid opened this vista to me, and the writer within me emerged. Slowly I realised that whatever god channelises through you when words flow out unsolicited you need to spread the word.
