Life forces dance about
Precise waltzes of action and reaction
Pressure to tension
tides of the pulse
waves in your mind
Our natural animus
To withstand and proceed
Push forward
Pull back
To go with the flow
Balancing is to react to these things
A rush and thrust
A lightening bolt flash
Erosion of Boulder to dust
experiences were living
Has multiple outcomes
It’s your choice
It’s your mind
Push forward
Pull back
Gravity pulls us
Vacuum suspends
A series of decisions
Skates on the cracked ice
Our shadow companions
These life forces this friendship
Push back
Pull forward
Just don’t give in
Move forward
Then back
Just don’t give up
My writing is typically written while I'm on a treadmill, so I call myself "the treadmill poet!"
