Move me with simplicity
The tingling of the summer breeze
The echoes of tranquility
A conspiracy against instability
Move me with this certainty
That I belong to you
And you belong to me
No convoluted facts—it’s easy
Move me with your soul
The warmth of your heart that shatters the cold
The fireplace in the midst of showers of snow
In a world of unknowing, you I always know
Words can be riddles
But loving you is simple
Like oceans and their ripples
Your spirit makes me feel whole
Leila Ziari is a poet, artist, singer, healer and seeker of truth. In February 2020 she published her first collection of poetry, Love Poems To A Poet. Taking creativity from the cosmos, nature, travel and love she reflects upon all the beauty and emotions that surround our daily lives. She reveals a shiny soul, transformed, timeless, resplendent. With words contrived from the stardust of our immortal spirits she is a poet who evolves with the tides of existence. Ziari currently lives, loves, and creates in Marin County California.
