The Darkened Moon

The Darkened Moon

written by: Kayleigh Merchant

The darkened side of the moon,
You are on the outside of the twisted society,
Sprinkling your coffee with a
sweet sugar spoon,
Nothing can prepare you for what the darkness has on the menu,
A grimacing sharpened
splintering bite,
Blood curdled death wish
A breath stint of stenched grilled veins
with spring pickled onion,
What a mix!
To add: Ground peppered chilli
diced brains fried into the flames,
What a mess servings for one feisty
gurgling,
A goblin snack?
No, it is worse! Much worse.
A two headed fury awaits on a mountain
with a body of fiery temperature
A muscular posture.
