Then Came The Darkness

written by: J.M.G.

Then came the darkness

The beast bared his fangs

Man needed to rise

Inevitable was the fight

First came the day

the treacherous seed was sowed

Then came the calm

before the inevitable storm

The beast unsheathed

his terrible claws

Daring man to

Strike back - to strike deep

A world thrown into chaos

 by this insatiable beast

bloodthirsty - greedy

malevolent spawn

Writing from the heart, from a mysterious place, set in this universe.
