To Save Our Sanity

To Save Our Sanity

We need to write,
put words to emotions
when we are out of sync.
Living on the dark side.

We walk a fine line.
We are not always right
or correct in our actions.
It is what makes us human.

To write it down,
is to seek the dark clouds
on life’s journeys
and disperse them.

We need to get back
on an even keel.
Ride the storm.
Avoid the tempest.

Seek out serenity
In everyday life.
Go with the flow.
Live and let live.
