NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: A background in 2 shades of blue, made using the “Fibers” Render filter, resembling vertical rain. Flowers of yellow, blue, white, pink, and purple populate the foreground, the center occupied by a crush of pink, 5 petalled blossoms. These provide the backdrop to the words of the haiku, which appear in beveled, yellow Brush Script Std Medium font.

I am mostly a visual artist, but I like to create "found poetry", specifically daily haiku made from the statuses of my Facebook friends. It was my Mom who started this, and officially passed the responsibility onto me when she became too busy.
