NOTE FROM THE AUTHOR:

Illustration description: An image almost entirely in blue. Branches of trees are faintly visible through clouds in the background. Transparent blue butterflies and bottles are placed at random across the picture. Two dark pictures of entryways are placed behind two figures. One, on the right, clutches their head while seated on a wooden floor with their knees up against their chest, knees braced by their elbows. The other, on the right, is curled up on their side, facing the right, possibly lying on a mattress. Finally, the words of the haiku snake their way vertically over the center of the image in light turquoise “Flood Std Regular” font with a blue glow.
