I was starting to love
The thought of you
The very art
Of you
I was not prepared
For my own
Caught off guard
By the sound
Of your voice
That permeated the pages
Betwixt us
Words that caressed
And fondled
My heart, it was careless
On my part to let you
Come so close

A reader, writer and lover of words. Always has been my passion to write and share my creative works with those having the same deep appreciation for the art.
