I am a butterfly who was once a poet
Flying across the jungle
Reciting my poems
I am a soul who was once a celestial galaxy
Spiralling & spinning in space
Shining bright colors
Sparkling light
Uncontrolled
I am a planet that once was loved
Revolving around a star
Receiving its warmth
Radiating always
I am a teardrop that falls
From weary sad eyes
Watching men
Kill & destroy
For no apparent reason
With no attempt at logic
Without care or kindness
Heartless
Inhumane
I am a poet who once was a butterfly
Spreading wings to fly away
From this tangle of madness
Happening today
I am a multi-media artist born in Stockholm, Sweden; had the good fortune to grow up in California, USA; currently living in Riga, Latvia. Have had art exhibits in Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, London, Stockholm, Lyon, Barcelona, Seville, Osaka, Riga & other cities. Have had books of poetry published in English & translated into several languages.
