Tracing the edge of his glass with his forefinger, “I would like to know you better, Cyrena.” She pokes the tip of her tongue out while watching his body language, “You want to have a sexual relationship with me but are afraid I will get attached,” she observes.

Sitting up, he denies her allegations, “No. No not at all.” Wiping his hands against his knees, he pushes his chair away, “I think you are beautiful but I would never think that.” Cyrena taps the table with his fingernails, “You want to have sex, admit it.”

He lowers his eyes.
