Illustration description: A dark blue background of sky, with nebulous splotches of purple, aqua, and black. Stars speckle the expanse. In the top righthand corner hangs a fiery solar disk, edges glowing. Within this can be seen the figure of a winged angel in the fire. A short distance to the left and close to the bottom edge of the image sits a smaller green and blue orb, with a much smaller grey-white orb seemingly just behind it. Both are lit on the side facing the solar disk. To the left of the sun are the words of the haiku in gold Trajan Color font.
I am mostly a visual artist, but I like to create "found poetry", specifically daily haiku made from the statuses of my Facebook friends. It was my Mom who started this, and officially passed the responsibility onto me when she became too busy.
