Grace

Grace

written by: Kate Blake

we all bleed inside
some openly, others hide
life can be a rough ride
but if hope and care abide

I can flow with the tide
pace my stride
think before I decide
to avoid an ethical collide

there is nothing I should hide
if I open mind and self wide
my inner seer will guide
then love and care will reside

allowing angst to subside
knowing pride will divide
fear and insecurity defied
casting all doubts aside

when self care is applied
nurturing will provide
all needs are supplied
then my soul will graciously glide
